Valentine’s Day package includes:
- Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort overnight stay, with dinner for two at the steakhouse ($100 value) and a $200 Visa gift card.
- Tickets: 1 for $5 or 3 for $10
- Drawing: Friday, Feb. 11, 2022 at 2 p.m. in the Black Elk Building Front Lobby
