Tracey Bailey-Klich

About

Tracey lives in the country in Freeland and has lived there since 2009. Tracey has worked for SCIT since 2009. She has worked in an array of Tribal Operations Departments: HR, Public Relations, RTC, Prosecutor’s Office, and HTW. She achieved her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from SVSU in 2014. She has started working on her Master’s Degree in Social Work. She has 3 boys, 23 year old who resides in Denver, 13 year old and an 11 year old. She has 1 cat named Sunny, 3 dogs: Lucy who is 14 year old Yellow Lab, Bear who is an 11 year old Shepard/Pit and Teddy who is a 6 month old American Akita. She likes to be outside doing yard work, walking, and playing with her children and her dogs, beading, listening to music, yoga, fitness, and creating healthy meals for her family. She picked up the skill of doing beadwork in 2014. She enjoys learning and picking up different crafts.

Heather Demoines
Juvenile Healing to Wellness Coordinator

About

Heather lives in the country in Mt. Pleasant with her daughter (age 13) and two dogs: Midas (6) and Luna (3), both English Mastiffs. Her son (age 18) recently moved out so she and her daughter are adjusting to the new lifestyle. In her free time she is usually at a soccer field or a school gym watching volleyball or girls basketball, being a cheerleader for her daughter and her teammates. She has previously worked for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe in various departments: Parks and Recreation, Tribal Clerks/Enrollment, and Accounting. She attended Central Michigan University for both Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Master in Business Administration programs. She was employed at Central Michigan University for six years in the College of Health Professions, School of Health Science, and Physical Education, and Sport departments.

Samantha Pollaski
Healing to Wellness Case Manager

About

Samantha Pollaski has worked for SCIT for almost two years. She has experience working at ACFS as a case worker. She graduated from Baker College of Owosso with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services.
